We had great attendance for recent Service Training

Mar 22, 2024

Nancy Bandy was in town on March 12 to present two seminars.

The morning session was titled “Service Skills for the Service Professional,” and the afternoon session was titled “Customer Loyalty: Managing your Most Valuable Asset.”

Nancy always puts on a great seminar, and she received very favorable reviews!

Based on the attendance and the reviews, we will be sure to have her back in Cleveland in the not-distant future.

As always, watch your email for upcoming classes.
