Future Leadership and Development

We are proud to present our next seminar designed for the development of future leaders.

This seminar, “Conflict: Leadership in Action,” is presented by Leah Gutmann, an instructor for MCAA National Education Initiative.

The class will be followed by a networking lunch.

The class will focus on helping attendees understand the importance of conflict conversations as leaders of organizations. It will shift their perspective regarding how conflict is viewed. They will be able to identify the impacts of poorly managed conflict conversations and will learn the role trust plays in driving conflict. Finally, it will improve a leader’s ability to have conflict conversations.
