Mental Health First-Aid Certification

Mental Health First Aid Training equips employees and leaders with practical skills to recognize when someone may be struggling and respond in a supportive, appropriate way.

Participants who complete the program will receive a 3-year certification through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, a nationally recognized organization focused on strengthening mental health support in workplaces and communities.

This training helps your team:

  • Start supportive conversations
  • Respond appropriately to crisis situations
  • Reduce stigma
  • Support teammates
  • Connect people with help
  • Build resilience and stress management strategies
  • Strengthen workplace culture

You must attend both classes to receive certification.
