TAKT Planning Workshop

This workshop features hands-on learning, including situations, discussion and problem-solving. Attendees will leave with an appreciation of how TAKT enables lean thinking and how it gives focus to continuous improvement efforts. Attendees will also leave with a solid understanding of how TAKT fits in the overall framework of the Last Planner System and how it can improve flow on projects.

For the convenience of attendees, this one-day seminar is broken into two – half days. Participants should attend both sessions.
