Future Leadership And Development

Sep 5, 2023

Both the MCA of Cleveland and CPCA Board of Directors are pleased to announce a new initiative focused on your company’s future leaders. The Association is starting a “Future Leadership Training and Development Program” here in Cleveland for our contractor members.

The intent of the program is to assist contractors in developing key staff members for future leadership positions within your companies. The program will consist of quarterly leadership training sessions that will include a networking lunch/dinner for attendees.

The first session, titled “Situational Leadership,” is set up for Oct. 18, from 8 a.m. until noon with lunch to follow.

Please make anyone in your company aware of this event who may be interested. A notice for the seminar will be coming soon.
